1. About Strong Base CRM
Strong Base CRM is a CRM and marketing platform that helps businesses manage contacts, campaigns, advertising accounts, and accounting data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our platform or connect third-party services such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or accounting platforms including QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Wave.
2. Data We Collect
- Account information: Name, email address, and profile details when you sign in.
- Google Ads data: Campaign names, impressions, clicks, costs, and conversion data from connected Google Ads accounts.
- Facebook Ads data: Campaign names, impressions, clicks, spend, and performance data from connected Facebook Ad accounts.
- Accounting data: When you connect an accounting platform (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Wave), we access invoices, customers/contacts, accounts, tax rates, and currency information in order to import and sync them into your CRM, and to send invoices you create back to that platform.
- OAuth tokens: Access tokens required to retrieve data from connected services on your behalf. Tokens are encrypted and stored securely.
- Usage data: Pages visited, actions taken within the platform, and browser/device information.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To display your advertising campaign data within the Strong Base CRM dashboard.
- To import and sync invoices, customers, and related accounting records from connected accounting platforms, and to push invoices you create in Strong Base CRM back to those platforms.
- To authenticate you and maintain your session.
- To sync contacts, opportunities, and tasks within the CRM.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not use your ad account or accounting data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
4. Data Sharing
We do not share your personal data, ad account data, or accounting data with any third parties except as required to operate the platform: our database provider Supabase, and Merge (mergedev, Inc.), the unified API provider we use to securely connect and sync accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Wave. All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).
6. Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, email us at nicomang25@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will delete all your personal data and revoke any connected OAuth tokens within 30 days.
7. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. We follow industry best practices to protect your information.
